Talbot's Property Maintenance is a local, independent business specialising in decorating, room refreshes, preparation work and practical home improvements. My focus is on the smaller jobs that help keep a home looking its best, from refreshing a bedroom and preparing surfaces for decoration to carrying out the repairs and finishing touches that make a real difference. My experience has been built through a combination of hands-on work and formal training. I've spent time working alongside Davidson Decorators and Southport Electrics, gaining valuable experience in both decorating and electrical work. I have also completed Level 2 and Level 3 electrical training and continue to develop my skills through further learning and practical experience. I take pride in being honest about what I do. I only undertake work that falls within my current scope, experience and training, ensuring every job is completed with care and attention to detail. Where a project requires additional trades or specialist services, I'm always happy to recommend trusted professionals I know to be reliable. My aim is simple: provide a dependable service, communicate clearly, take pride in the preparation and leave every job finished to a standard I'd be happy with in my own home.
